Returns or Exchanges:

We strive for 100% satisfaction on all of our products. If your item arrives damaged or you have been shipped the incorrect size or product, you can easily return it for a replacement or exchange. Please email us upon arrival of your package and we will happily explain to you how to return our products. We ask that you enclose a copy of the original sales receipt that was supplied to you upon ordering. It makes our job a lot easier. Thanks!

Items to be exchanged or replaced should be shipped back to us within 14 days of purchase, if you’ve missed the deadline on returns please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re nice people and we love happy customers so let’s work something out. If your diapers were a shower gift, we will gladly extend our return policy. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your replacement items to arrive. Used diapers or diaper covers will not be exchanged or replaced unless they are defective.

Our personalized customer service is done in-house by people who really care about you and your experience. Our diapers and diaper covers are crafted with precision and thoroughly inspected before they are sent to you. If something goes wrong, we want to know about it! The workmanship of our products is guaranteed for 45 days from the date of purchase. You have the option to have your item replaced or you can be credited a full refund - your choice. We will credit you in the same manner as your original method of payment.

Replacements are contingent upon what’s in stock.

Babies don’t come with instructions, but our diapers do! Failure to the follow the care instructions will result in a void of this warrantee and ineligibility for returns. Please keep your cute diapers far away from bleach, fabric softeners, oxy-clean, and boiling water. Please be kind and ship diapers back to us clean and dry.

Refer to our handy sizing chart to make sure you're purchasing the diaper that best fits your baby. There are many cloth diaper sites that offer swaps and sales on used merchandise. We encourage customer participation in these programs to reduce, reuse, and recycle cloth diapers. Products purchased from other websites or stores may not be returned to weehuggers™ and are not eligible for direct refunds or exchanges.

Any request for a refund, return or exchange not covered in this policy is subject to our discretion. That said, reach out to us with your issues. We're usually reasonable (and only occasionally cranky due to toddler terror).

  • Shipping address with city, state, and zip code
  • Phone number with area code
  • E-mail address
  • Your return information (what and why you are returning and what size you need for your replacements)
  • Copy of your sales receipt

If the above information is not supplied we will be unable to process your request.
We cannot be responsible for a return that has been lost in the mail.
